Card covers; Oblong royal octavo (approx.. 9.5” x 6.5”), with embossed leaf motif on front cover with Provincial Insignia; bound by cord; small area of abrasions on front cover near the spine not affecting text or images. [8] p., including outline of programme; full colour insignia of the this battlecruiser; b&w image of HMS New Zealand of the Royal Navy; list of Officers down to Midshipman. She served in WWI and was subsequently sold. Clean internally. The ceremony was held at the Parliament Building in Victoria, July 25, 1913. Significant ephemera pre-dating the Great War. Scarce.
